View was fantastic, breakfast was very good, and beds were exceptionally comfortable. The room was fine and well-equipped, it had central heating, TV, and a sitting area. Private bathroom was clean.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were unresponsive.

I recently stayed at the Congress Hotel in Chemnitz for a 2-night visit to the city. The location was ideal, with easy access to the city center. The hotel also offered convenient parking right at the entrance. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to fulfill our special requests. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that the minibar was complimentary. Additionally, the hotel welcomed dogs for a small fee of 10 Euro per dog per night.
I can recommend this hotel.
